From Luna to the Explore Concept
The studio's expertise was established with the design of the 115m explorer yacht Luna, launched in 2010. Luna was a landmark project that helped redefine the image of the modern explorer yacht, proving that rugged capability and elegant design could coexist.
Building on this experience, Newcruise introduced the Explore concept, a 72m expedition vessel. The concept sticks closely to the characteristic design elements of Luna but in a more compact form. It aims to bridge the gap between real functionality and a distinctive, elegant yacht style. The design includes features like a very large pool and an interior that uses a 'cold and warm water theme' with materials such as raw-cut woods, cashmere, and fine wool.
