GMC Design

GMC Design, led by Architect Gian Marco Campanino, collaborated with the Admiral design team on the interiors of the 40m Admiral Sage, the fourth Impero series yacht launched by The Italian Sea Group in 2017.

Admiral Collaboration

GMC Design, led by Architect Gian Marco Campanino, is an Italian interior design studio that collaborated with the Admiral design team on the 40-metre motor yacht Sage, launched by The Italian Sea Group in July 2017. The yacht is the fourth specimen of the successful Admiral Impero series, following Cacos V (2013), Nono (2014), and Tremenda (2016).

Sage Interior Design

GMC Design's interiors for Sage present a modern, elegant, and sophisticated style. The owner's suite, located at the bow of the main deck, offers panoramic sea views through expansive windows. Four guest cabins occupy the lower deck. The main living area is surrounded by paneled glazing flooding the space with natural light, creating visual continuity with the aft cockpit. The dining area features vast glass walls of surprising height.

Material and Spatial Approach

The finishing touches reflect careful material selection and considered design. The sundeck is entirely reserved for guest relaxation, while the beach club provides direct access to the full-beam garage equipped with a side-loading crane for tender operations. GMC Design's work on Sage complements the exterior design by Luca Dini Design and the aluminium construction achieving speeds over 20 knots.
