Catroux's yacht design portfolio includes two significant Lürssen projects. The 96m motor yacht Limitless, launched in 1997, featured interiors by Catroux and was at the time the largest privately owned yacht in America . Conceptualized by the office of Jon Bannenberg, Limitless pioneered diesel-electric propulsion for superyachts. Catroux also designed the interior of the 93m three-masted schooner Eos, one of the world's largest private sailing yachts, also built by Lürssen .
Beyond yachting, Catroux's remarkable career included commissions for the Shah of Iran, King Hussein of Jordan, various Rothschilds, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Barry Diller. He designed spaces for a Boeing 727 and a high-speed train for French Railways .
