Studio F.A. Porsche

Studio F.A. Porsche, the design firm founded by the creator of the Porsche 911, applies its philosophy of purist, functional design to a range of vessels, including the Dynamiq Gran Turismo Transatlantic, the Royal Falcon 135 catamaran, the Casanova 28 sports boat, and the Jules Verne event barge.

The Porsche Design Philosophy on Water

Studio F.A. Porsche, established by Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, the designer of the iconic Porsche 911, extends its legacy of purist and functional design to the maritime world. The studio's approach emphasizes clean lines, high-quality materials, and a timeless aesthetic, treating each vessel as a 'spaceship on the water' or a 'sports car on the water'.

Diverse Portfolio of Vessels

For the Monegasque yacht builder Dynamiq, Studio F.A. Porsche designed the 35m Gran Turismo Transatlantic. This luxury superyacht features a hybrid system and is designed for commanding presence and maneuverability, offering a luxurious ambiance for transoceanic journeys.

For the Royal Falcon Fleet based in Singapore, the studio created the Royal Falcon 135, a four-deck catamaran envisioned as a 'spaceship on the water.' It features spacious dining and lounge areas and an upper sundeck with a Jacuzzi. The studio also designed the sporty Casanova 28 for the same client, a boat that can reach speeds of 130 km/h, using materials like leather, teak, and carbon fiber. On a different scale, they designed the interior of the Jules Verne, an 80m event barge in Amsterdam, featuring a retractable wheelhouse to pass under low bridges.
