Overmarine Group Launches Fourth Mangusta 165 REV

On 21 February 2026, Overmarine Group launched the fourth unit of the Mangusta 165 REV in Viareggio. The ceremony was attended by the Owner, his family, and the entire Mangusta team involved in the vessel's construction. This model represents the contemporary evolution of Mangusta's Maxi Open iconic philosophy, blending sporty style with enhanced onboard liveability.

Performance and Propulsion

Built in composite material, the Mangusta 165 REV benefits from Overmarine's extensive experience in composite shipbuilding. Powered by four Rolls-Royce 2,600 HP engines coupled with Kongsberg-Kamewa waterjet propulsion, she achieves a maximum speed of 35 knots with minimal noise and vibration. Fuel consumption has been reduced by approximately 30% compared to the previous series through optimised hull and propulsion design.

Exterior and Interior Design

Exterior lines were developed by Lobanov Design in collaboration with Overmarine's technical department, reinterpreting the classic Mangusta open yacht profile in a dynamic contemporary style. Floor-to-ceiling glazing ensures seamless continuity between indoor and outdoor areas. Interiors are fully custom, designed by the Shipyard's team with architect Marcello Pianosi POM home, blending elegance, functionality and bespoke solutions.

Layout and Amenities

The main deck salon features full-height panoramic glazing and side fold-down balconies. The 92 sq. m. master stateroom spans two levels and is unmatched below 499 GT. Five guest cabins, including a full-beam VIP, are on the lower deck. The bow hosts a lounge with sofas, sun pads and a Jacuzzi, while the sundeck offers a bar and living areas. The large aft beach club includes a side-access garage for an approx. 6 m waterjet tender and two Jet Skis.

Charter Availability

This fourth Mangusta 165 REV will cruise the Mediterranean and be available for charter, offering guests an unforgettable experience combining comfort, stunning performance and strong design identity.
