First Unit of the New Mangusta 132 E Launched

Viareggio, 5th June 2024 - The highly anticipated Mangusta 132 E has officially been launched, marking another milestone for Overmarine Group. This new model is a refined evolution of the iconic Maxi Open series, integrating modern trends and technological advancements to enhance both style and functionality.

Design and Features:

  • Exterior Styling: The Mangusta 132 E boasts a sleek and modern design, reimagined by the Shipyard’s Engineering Department. It features expanded windows in the hull and on the main deck, ensuring that natural light floods the interiors and offers panoramic views.

  • Outdoor Amenities: The forward area of the yacht includes a spacious hot tub and large sun pads, perfect for relaxation. The sun deck is equipped with a dining area and a relaxation zone with comfortable lounge seating. Additionally, a second pilot station is located on this deck, allowing for high-speed cruising while maintaining guest comfort and relaxation.

  • Interior Design: The interiors of the Mangusta 132E are fully customizable, designed by Overmarine’s Décor Department. The design follows modern architecture principles, emphasizing open spaces and a seamless flow between the guest areas and crew quarters.

  • Innovative Layout: A standout feature is the salon’s two central floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces, which allow the interior to blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. A sliding door that rotates on its axis adds to this effect by disappearing into the wall, uniting the salon with the aft cockpit into a single expansive space. This design enhances the experience of indoor-outdoor living, maximizing guest comfort and enjoyment.

Performance:

  • Power and Speed: The Mangusta 132 E is powered by three MTU 16V2000 M96L engines, each delivering 2600 horsepower. Paired with Kamewa water jets, this propulsion system allows the yacht to achieve a maximum speed of 35 knots, offering thrilling high-speed cruising capabilities.

  • Efficiency and Comfort: Designed to be fuel-efficient, the yacht minimizes consumption while delivering impressive performance. At both cruising and anchor, comfort is ensured by two Seakeeper 30HD gyro stabilizers, which provide exceptional stability and reduce motion, enhancing the onboard experience.

The launch of the Mangusta 132E reflects Overmarine Group's commitment to innovation and luxury in yacht design, combining cutting-edge technology with elegant aesthetics and maximum comfort for an unparalleled yachting experience.
