Viareggio, 10th May 2024 – Overmarine Group is delighted to announce the launch of the second unit of the Mangusta Oceano 39 series, which took place on May 6th at the Viareggio shipyard. This entry-level model in the Mangusta Oceano displacement line has been meticulously crafted for an American owner, showcasing the shipyard's dedication to blending innovative design with exceptional craftsmanship.
A Floating Villa on the Sea
The Mangusta Oceano 39 is a three-deck yacht designed by the shipyard’s technical department in collaboration with renowned designer Alberto Mancini and the Verme design firm for naval engineering. The result is a harmonious fusion of form, content, and generous volumes, with an impressive gross tonnage of 330 GT. The yacht's design emphasizes a "seamless lifestyle," with features such as all-glass gunwales on the upper deck, creating an uninterrupted connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

The Mangusta Oceano 39 is powered by 2 MTU 12V 2000 M86 engines, each delivering 1,700 HP. This propulsion system allows the yacht to achieve a maximum speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, with an impressive range of 2,250 nautical miles. This long-range capability makes the Mangusta Oceano 39 ideal for extended cruising in complete comfort.
