Azimut Grande 38 Trideck offers a layout of 5 or 6 well-appointed cabins, which can accommodate 10 or 12 guests for the night. The owners’ suite is on the main deck, while four cabins are on the lower deck. Each cabin has en-suite facilities. The 6 cabins layout allows an additional VIP cabin on the Upper Deck while the captain’s cabin is on the Lower Deck. More regular layout is also possible, with an enclosed pantry and a captain's cabin on the Upper Deck to the aft of the bridge.
You can choose two engine options for Azimut Grande 38 Trideck -two MTU diesel engines 2,400 hp each or even more powerful 2,600 hp. Equipped with two MTU diesel engines 2,400 horsepower each, the yacht tops 23 knots speed, while opting out for bigger engines pushes the flagship to 24 knots. At economic speed, 38 Trideck can cover 1,800 nautical miles on the fuel tank of 22,500 litres.
The Trideck is constructed in carbon fibre and GRP, with the entire superstructure in carbon fibre for a 30% less weight and an absolute weight reduction of 6 tonnes. With increased volumes on board, the yacht gets a low centre of gravity, giving excellent stability. The Azimut Grande Trideck has new second-generation D2P® Displacement to Planing hull, spots double chine for stability at displacement speeds, reducing drag at higher speeds; the bow wave piercer, increasing the hull length at the waterline, reducing consumption and pitching in rough seas, and central skeg, that guarantees optimal course stability, especially in aft quartering seas. The combination of the D2P® hull and carbon superstructure result in a significant improvement in performance with lower fuel consumption, higher speed and increased range.
Experience time at anchor at zero emissions in the most complete silence nature can offer. While at anchor, Hotel Mode can be switched on, onboard systems are fed by lithium ion battery packs instead of generators for up to 4 hours during the day and up to 7 hours at night, allowing to enjoy nature in silence.
The interior design by Achille Salvagni reimagines the use of interior spaces, leaving behind the traditional subdivisions to accommodate a more natural way of experiencing life onboard. The style is streamlined, favors the purity and cleanliness of the line and at the same time enhances the perception of an ever higher quality. The indoor dining area may be on the Upper Deck, conceived as a multipurpose area shaped as an intimate nook, with a huge cozy sofa and a convertible table which can be raised and extended to accommodate up to 12 guests. For the Owners who prefer a more traditional dining, it is available a layout with a formal dining area on the Main Deck.
