Baglietto Delivers Five Motor Yachts Ranging Between 41m and 52m in Length

La Spezia, 25 July 2024 – Baglietto, the renowned Italian yacht builder, has successfully delivered five motor yachts just in time for the 2024 summer season, adding to its impressive lineup of achievements this year. These latest deliveries include two DOM 133 motor yachts ("Barbara Anne" and "Astera") and two T52 hulls ("Akula" and "Infinity"), following the award-winning T52 "Ark of Fate." The latter yacht was the recipient of the prestigious World Superyacht Award 2024 in the 'Displacement Motor Yachts 499GT and below, 45m and above' category and is currently cruising in Asia.

Productivity and Investment: This series of deliveries showcases Baglietto's remarkable productivity and dedication to meeting customer expectations. The company's CEO, Diego Michele Deprati, credits this success to significant investments in human resources and infrastructure. Over recent months, Baglietto has expanded its workforce, particularly in manufacturing and technical roles, and has upgraded its shipyard facilities to enhance efficiency. Deprati also highlighted the near-completion of the B-Zero green hydrogen station, an innovative project that will produce clean energy using fuel cells. This initiative is part of Baglietto's long-term commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Comments from the Team: Reflecting on this exceptional year, Baglietto's Chief Commercial Officer, Fabio Ermetto, praised the shipyard's organizational strengths, which have been crucial in achieving such outstanding results. "In an undoubtedly formidable year, our shipyard has proven its soundness and organizational strengths," he said. Ermetto expressed satisfaction in knowing that the new yacht Owners are enjoying their vessels this summer, and looked forward to the upcoming delivery of two more T52 yachts later this year.
