Kaohsiung, Taiwan — May 22, 2025 — Horizon Yachts expands its acclaimed FD Series with the introduction of the FD90 Hull 33, christened LiTHIUM+. This custom yacht represents the second Horizon build commissioned by the same family, continuing a personal legacy rooted in the lithium mining industry and defined by enduring craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
Personalized Luxury Meets Practical Comfort
Engineered for volume and livability, LiTHIUM+ features a full-beam on-deck master stateroom, four ensuite VIP cabins, and accommodations for up to five crew members. A galley-aft main deck layout allows seamless indoor-outdoor flow, while a hydraulic folding radar mast enables navigation under low bridges.
Custom Features and Thoughtful Touches
The yacht’s aft deck includes:
- Custom shoe storage (port side)
- Seating for eight around a large table (center)
- Ice maker and Rhino double-door fridge (starboard)
Sliding doors lead to the main salon, where a signature CNC-machined curved light fixture complements furniture with rounded edges and bleached teak finishes. A central 85-inch TV is flanked by fluted glass cabinets, while an LED-backlit raw lithium ore display pays tribute to the family’s heritage.
Designer Interiors with Natural Elegance
Every detail, from the Herringbone Cadorin Rock oak floors to the Taj Mahal quartzite countertops in the open galley, exudes subtle sophistication. A Zip HydroTap, Vintec beverage center, and full-height cool room enhance everyday functionality.
Master Suite and Sauna
The full-beam master suite features:
- King-size bed with Taj Mahal quartzite accents
- 55-inch swing-out TV
- En-suite with LED-backlit mirror cabinet and satin nickel fixtures
- Cypress wood sauna with chromotherapy lighting
Guest accommodations include four VIP suites on the lower deck, each with queen-size beds, 43-inch TVs, and elegant ensuite bathrooms.
Entertainment and Outdoor Living
The enclosed pilothouse includes:
- Three Pompanette helm chairs in Ermine Ultraleather
- L-shaped sofa, table, and dayhead
The skylounge features a Hi-Lo table, U-shaped sofa, Rhino refrigerator, and an outdoor bar with bar stools, beer chiller, teppanyaki grill, and 43-inch TV. A central circular Jacuzzi tub, wet bar, and tender stowage area complete the outdoor entertainment space, complemented by a fully equipped foredeck lounge and dining area.
