Genoa, April 14, 2025 – Tankoa Yachts proudly celebrated the technical launch of M/Y Rose, the inaugural hull in its bold new T55 Sportiva line. Designed in partnership with Luca Dini Design & Architecture, this 55-metre superyacht marks the brand’s exciting debut in the luxury sport yacht segment.

Sold in early 2022 to a young entrepreneur with deep yachting ties, M/Y Rose is a striking fusion of Italian craftsmanship, contemporary styling, and innovative features — all delivered with a fully custom build ethos. Her sleek, aerodynamic profile is enhanced by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows across multiple decks, offering light-filled interiors and a seamless connection with the sea.

The interiors, curated by Piero Lissoni and Lissoni & Partners, exude understated elegance, blending modern minimalism with bespoke design. A standout highlight is the Nemo Room — a semi-submerged lounge offering panoramic underwater views and an intimate, immersive experience.

Outdoors, M/Y Rose offers multiple entertaining and relaxation zones, including a spectacular beach club with a central pool, and two panoramic jacuzzis — one on the owner's private terrace and another full-beam jacuzzi on the upper deck bow.

With sea trials and final outfitting underway at the Tankoa facility, M/Y Rose is expected to make her global debut at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show, where she will headline as the flagship of Tankoa’s new Sportiva line.

“M/Y Rose perfectly embodies our vision of sportiness fused with elegance,” said Vincenzo Poerio, CEO of Tankoa Yachts. “This launch represents a major evolution for our shipyard and a new benchmark in contemporary superyacht design.”

Following the success of Rose, Tankoa is already building a second T55 Sportiva for launch this summer, with a third hull available on spec for 2027 delivery — underlining growing demand for sleek, custom-built sport yachts with strong individual character.
