CRN Showcases Its Legacy of Design Excellence at Monaco Yacht Show 2024
Ancona, September 17, 2024 – CRN, the esteemed Italian yacht builder from the Ferretti Group, is set to make a grand appearance at the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show 2024. Held from September 25 to 28 against the iconic setting of Port Hercule in Monte Carlo, CRN will exhibit its six-decade legacy of bespoke superyacht craftsmanship and design innovation at the Appontement Jules Soccal - SYBAss Avenue, stand JS1.
Since its founding in 1963, CRN has become synonymous with groundbreaking designs and luxury standards in yacht building. Operating as the Ferretti Group’s multibrand production hub, the CRN shipyard in Ancona is a center of excellence for custom superyachts ranging from 60 to 95 meters, along with Custom Line’s composite yachts (30-43 meters) and Riva Superyacht Division’s aluminum models.
At present, CRN has four custom superyachts under construction:
- CRN M/Y 143 Project Maranello: A 67-meter steel and aluminum vessel combining CRN’s quality craftsmanship with Nuvolari Lenard’s distinctive exterior and interior design, scheduled to launch in autumn 2024.
- CRN M/Y 145 Project Thunderball: This 70-meter steel and aluminum yacht, designed by Vripack (naval architecture) and Nauta Design (interiors and outdoor areas), will be delivered in 2026.
- CRN M/Y 144: Set to be the brand’s flagship, this 86-meter vessel is due in 2026, featuring architecture from the FG Superyachts Division and Vallicelli Design's exterior vision.
- CRN M/Y Project 146: Another 67-meter project and the tenth collaboration with Nuvolari Lenard, this yacht is planned for completion in 2027.
The Ferretti Group’s Superyacht Yard in Ancona, redeveloped in 2016, expanded with new executive offices and a hospitality area for metal superyachts in December 2023. This expansion aligns with CRN’s mission to provide owners with a personalized experience from initial concepts to the creation of their luxury vessel, reflecting CRN’s dedication to combining heritage, innovation, and high-end craftsmanship.
