First Sea Trial for the Latest Amels 60
The sixth Amels 60 superyacht has successfully completed her maiden sea trials, showcasing her capabilities from dock to open water with elegance and precision. Launched in 2019, the Amels 60 design continues to push boundaries in the superyacht industry, blending the shipyard's heritage with advanced technology to redefine the semi-custom yacht market.
Paul Deurloo, Project Manager at Damen Yachting, emphasized the significance of this milestone, highlighting the teamwork and dedication involved in reaching this point. He remarked, "Seeing the boat on the water is always a sight to behold for everyone involved. The successful collaboration of so many talented and passionate people has brought us to this milestone, making her first sea trial extra special."
This Amels 60, scheduled for delivery later this year, will remain docked for final preparations.
