Wider Showcases Vision and Versatility with Two New Models Joining Cannes 2024 Lineup

Fano, Italy – April 2024 – Italian yacht builder Wider continues its disruptive momentum in the global yacht market with the unveiling of two bold new models set to expand its distinctive fleet: the WiderCat 76 and the WiLder 60 Outboard. These two innovative yachts will be officially revealed at the 2024 Cannes Yachting Festival (September 10–15), where they join the already celebrated WiderCat 92 and WiLder 60 on display at locations SYE021 and QML020.
Together, these four models showcase the vision and versatility of Wider's design and engineering teams—delivering dynamic, luxury-driven solutions that redefine the yachting experience across segments.
WiderCat 76: Superyacht Spirit in a Leisure Craft Frame
Currently under construction at the Wider Vision Hub in Fano, the WiderCat 76 exemplifies the shipyard’s commitment to cutting-edge technology and inspired design. Conceived by Luca Dini Design and developed in collaboration with the Centro Stile Wider and the Wider Engineering Department, this 23.12-meter catamaran captures the elegance of a superyacht with the agility of a leisure craft.
With striking exterior lines designed to maximize natural light and seascape views, the WiderCat 76 introduces a reimagined interior concept inspired by refined Hamptons style. Ivory-lacquered paneling, dark oak coffered ceilings, and herringbone parquet flooring create a warm yet sophisticated ambiance.
“She’s going to be stunning,” says Marcello Maggi, President of W-Fin Sarl, Wider’s holding company. “Not just a sibling to the WiderCat 92, but another step forward—embodying the essence of the Wider brand.”
The layout features a main deck master suite with direct access to a forward terrace, a huge saloon, and a lower galley. Below deck, guests are accommodated in a VIP and two double guest cabins. Exterior highlights include a spacious upper deck with dining, lounging, and helm zones; an expansive aft cockpit; and twin bow lounges.
WiLder 60 Outboard: Supercar Soul Meets Outboard Power
Following the successful launch of the WiLder 60 earlier in 2024, Wider introduces the WiLder 60 Outboard, a bold evolution of the high-performance 18-meter model. Built in lightweight aluminum with a party-ready deck layout and superyacht-quality interiors, the Outboard version is designed with global appeal—including a strong eye toward the North American market.
Powered by quad Mercury Verado 600 outboards, the new model achieves over 40 knots top speed and cruises comfortably at 35. Thanks to the new power configuration, space previously reserved for the engine room has been repurposed—enabling either a crew cabin, a two-cabin with pantry, or three-cabin guest layout.
“The WiLder 60 Outboard adds new appeal and new ways to connect with the sea,” says Maggi. “It retains the same thrill-seeking soul of the standard version while bringing even more flexibility, both in configuration and performance.”
As with all Wider models, the interior is fully customizable. Bespoke detailing, drop-down bulwarks, an aft island sunpad, and seamless transitions from helm to lounge ensure a fluid and thrilling onboard experience.
