Baglietto unveils the latest DOM 133 motor yacht, "Astera"

La Spezia, March 18, 2024 - Baglietto proudly presents the newest addition to its renowned DOM 133 line, "Astera," unveiled after a recent technical launch at the port of Carrara. Designed by Stefano Vafiadis, who also meticulously crafted the interiors of this vessel, "Astera" now undergoes final fittings at the La Spezia shipyard.

In attendance at the technical launch were the esteemed Owners, joined by their representative, Robert Lama, as they arrived in Tuscany to witness the culmination of this project.

"M/Y Astera" upholds the signature features that have defined the success of the DOM 133 series, such as its two-level beach club, complete with an infinity pool featuring a lifting bottom to expand the already spacious main deck cockpit. The yacht boasts incredibly generous volumes, unrivalled in its class.

Hull #10246 further highlights Baglietto's commitment to customization, even within its standard yacht offerings. Noteworthy innovations set this vessel apart from its predecessors, aimed at enhancing the sense of openness onboard. For example, the upper deck's salon features a window-door that opens onto two small balconies, while relocating the ventilation ducts to the exterior of the main deck allows for full glazing on the vessel's left side, flooding the main salon with natural light.

Powered by two Caterpillar C32 engines, this aluminium displacement yacht achieves an impressive maximum speed of 17 knots.
