PERSHING GTX116: SPORTY BY NATURE AND EXTRAORDINARILY LIVEABLE, OPENING UP A NEW DIMENSION OF YACHTING

Mondolfo, September 14, 2023 – Innovative, disruptive, and thrilling, the new Pershing GTX116 revolutionizes the concept and design of luxury yachts. As the flagship of the new GTX range, this 35-meter vessel with over seven meters of beam offers unparalleled comfort, extreme liveability, and high performance, all while maintaining Pershing's sporty DNA.

The Pershing GTX116 is a masterpiece of cutting-edge naval design, setting a new standard in the yachting world. With its sleek, aerodynamic exterior, the yacht is not just visually stunning but also highly functional. It features two decks and an upper sportfly, accommodating up to 10 guests in its new five-cabin layout, plus three cabins for five crew members. This yacht is the result of a collaboration between the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee, led by Piero Ferrari, the design firm Fulvio De Simoni, and the Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department. The hull was constructed at the Ferretti Group Plug and Mould facility, combining advanced technologies with Pershing’s signature craftsmanship.

One of the most striking features of the Pershing GTX116 is its sporty lines, accentuated by its Montecarlo grey exterior, a nod to the grand touring automotive tradition. Extensive glazing throughout the yacht ensures that natural light floods the interiors, offering breathtaking marine panoramas. The intelligent distribution and use of space create a seamless flow between the generous internal and external living areas. Two stairways integrated into the superstructure connect the main deck and the sportbridge, enhancing the fluidity of movement onboard.

Innovative features such as 3D-printed ventilation grills and windshield visors showcase the yacht's subtly unconventional geometries. The stern garage is designed to accommodate a jet tender up to 5.2 meters long and a jet ski, while a hidden crane in the bulwark facilitates easy handling of water toys.

The Pershing GTX116 seamlessly blends its exteriors and interiors into a unified space, enhancing the liveability and onboard flow. The interior design, crafted by Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design, features expansive, modern spaces that reflect the yacht's innovative personality. The design concept contrasts dark wood verticals with pale ceilings, creating a sophisticated dialogue of light and shadow. Eucalyptus wood furnishings, with a 45-degree specular grain pattern, are framed in solid wood that matches the walls, creating visual continuity throughout the yacht's living areas.

The Pershing GTX116 is not just a yacht; it's a new dimension of yachting, where sportiness meets luxury, and liveability reaches new heights.
