Launched on March 8, 2025, the latest addition to Mangusta’s long-range line — Mangusta Oceano 44 Unit #4 — entered the water in fitting style on International Women’s Day, echoing her design philosophy of boldness, elegance, and innovation. This steel-hulled displacement superyacht is a shining example of Mangusta’s ability to blend tradition with cutting-edge design.
Crafted in collaboration with Overmarine Group, P.L.A.N.A. Design, and Alberto Mancini, this 44-metre tri-deck vessel offers a serene yachting experience wrapped in contemporary luxury. Her interiors, shaped by Gianluca Sist of H2 Design Studio, feature fine woods, marbles, and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Large panoramic windows blur the boundaries between sea and sky, enhancing the yacht’s floating loft appeal.
Performance matches her aesthetic: with a top speed of 15.5 knots and a transoceanic range of 4,500 nautical miles, Unit #4 is built for extended cruising. Zero-speed and underway electric stabilizers ensure smooth comfort throughout.
The exterior is equally striking — a 104-square-metre sundeck offers vast relaxation space, while the fold-out beach club expands to create a 180° waterside platform. A standout feature is the floor-to-ceiling glazed wheelhouse, offering exceptional forward visibility and a commanding view.
Sold through Camper & Nicholsons, with Gaston Lees-Buckley overseeing the build, Unit #4 is heading to the Mediterranean under the ownership of a European client. With fully custom interiors and an unmistakable Mangusta silhouette, this Oceano 44 is set to turn heads across the Riviera and beyond.
