Fano, Italy – July 2024 – Wider Yachts proudly announces the successful launch of the second WiderCat 92, a 28-meter hybrid-powered multihull yacht, at the Wider Vision Hub in Fano. Following the debut of the inaugural unit in January, M/Y Atali continues the series’ legacy of innovation, sustainable performance, and refined Italian design, with an added layer of personal customization crafted around the vision of her experienced owners.

Designed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture in collaboration with Wider Centro Stile, the WiderCat 92 combines contemporary styling with advanced green technology. As with the first hull, Atali is equipped with Wider’s pioneering serial hybrid propulsion system, enabling silent, zero-emission cruising for up to 27 nautical miles at 6 knots, and 14 hours of autonomy at anchor on battery power alone. Additionally, 75 square meters of solar panels contribute to complete energy self-sufficiency while at anchor on sunny days.

“Beyond the innovative technology and masterful design, this second launch shows that the spacious and flexible catamaran platform of the WiderCat 92 offers owners ample opportunity to tailor the yacht to their needs, personalizing its style,” said Marcello Maggi, Head of W-Fin Sarl, the holding company that owns Wider.

A Tailored Interior with a Family Touch

M/Y Atali showcases a four-stateroom layout, with a luxurious master suite on the main deck forward, including dual ensuite bathrooms, a custom wardrobe, and private foredeck lounge access. The lower deck hosts three generous guest suites, while the galley, positioned in the portside hull, is complemented by a pantry on the main deck for easy service.

The owner’s wife was deeply involved in curating the yacht’s interior decor, selecting light tones, natural materials, and earth-toned fabrics and leathers that create a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Large panoramic windows further enhance the feeling of space and light throughout.

The captain, who has closely supervised construction, ensured that every detail reflected the owner’s operational preferences, making Atali both luxurious and practical for long-range cruising.

Entertainment & Outdoor Living Reimagined

The bridge deck features a forward sunpad and a cozy lounge area with a hi-lo table near the wheelhouse, while the aft deck offers al fresco dining around a custom Teppanyaki-style grill. In the beach club, guests can enjoy a vast 67-square-meter platform—created by folding bulwarks—that connects directly to the two aft VIP suites. A wet bar in the garage enhances the area’s role as a social hub, and jet skis and tender are cleverly stored to maintain clean exterior lines and maximize leisure space.

The outfitting of WiderCat 92 Atali is currently underway, with three more units of the model in construction at the Wider Vision Hub—further affirming the model’s strong reception and growing demand.
