The prestigious awards ceremony took place on July 6, 2024, at the Grand Hotel Quisisana in Capri, Italy, celebrating the world's most exceptional design achievements across various luxury sectors.

Leona’s latest accolade underscores the yacht's remarkable design and innovation, solidifying Bilgin Yachts' position as a leader in luxury yacht building. The award was presented to Emrecan Özgün, Founder and CEO of Unique Yacht Design, who expressed immense pride in the recognition. “We are honored by Leona’s recognition at such a prestigious event,” said Özgün. “This award reflects our unwavering commitment to perfection and our passion for creating iconic vessels. Leona’s distinctive red and white color scheme, the refined mast design, and carbon handrails all contribute to her unique aesthetic. Innovative Design Features
Leona's crowning achievement is her beach club, seamlessly integrated with the main living area on the lower deck, adjacent to the engine room. The beach club boasts a large swimming pool, measuring 8.7 x 3 x 1.4 meters, with a 34,000-liter capacity, complete with a bespoke heating system and water jets for year-round use. Translucent glass sliding doors offer breathtaking sea views, even during cooler weather, leading to a serene wellness room and a cozy hookah retreat. The space is adorned with meticulously crafted reproductions of iconic sculptures, including the Aphrodite of Milos, adding an artistic flair to this luxurious environment.
