At boot Düsseldorf 2025, one of Europe’s leading marine exhibitions, Sunseeker International took center stage with the world premiere of the new Manhattan 68 (2025) and a significant announcement that signals a new chapter in the company’s evolution: the launch of the Sunseeker Superyacht Division.

A Legacy of Excellence Meets a New Era of Growth

For over two decades, Sunseeker has been a dominant force in the luxury motor yacht market, delivering more than 150 yachts over 100 feet since the year 2000. With its new Superyacht Division, the British yacht builder is now reaffirming its position at the forefront of the global superyacht industry.

The announcement follows a strategic partnership introduced at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, bringing in new shareholders Orienta and Lionheart Capital. This collaboration not only provides substantial investment but also brings seasoned industry leaders to the helm—individuals with a proven track record in driving innovation and growth in the luxury segment.

Introducing a New Superyacht Range: 100 to 140 Feet of Innovation

Sunseeker’s new superyacht series will span from 100 to 140 feet, offering an exciting and highly customizable range that includes the 120 Yacht, 135 Yacht, and Ocean 460. Each model is designed with owner flexibility in mind, featuring modular layouts and bespoke design options to reflect the personal vision of each client.

This distinctive approach allows Sunseeker to deliver yachts that are not only striking in their performance and styling but also tailored to unique lifestyle needs—from entertainment-focused decks to extended cruising capabilities.

Handcrafted in the UK: A Commitment to British Craftsmanship

True to its roots, Sunseeker emphasized that all models in the new superyacht line will continue to be hand-built in the UK, at its state-of-the-art shipyards in Poole and Portland. This ensures a consistent standard of quality and attention to detail that Sunseeker owners around the world have come to expect.

With increased production capacity and ongoing investment in facilities, the company is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for superyachts globally while maintaining its core values of precision engineering, luxury detailing, and exceptional performance.

Leadership Perspective: Innovation with Purpose

At Sunseeker, we pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of innovation and craftsmanship, and our Superyacht Division is a testament to that ambition,” said Andrea Frabetti, CEO of Sunseeker International. “With this new range, we’re offering our clients unmatched flexibility, cutting-edge design, and the high performance they expect from us. This marks an exciting new chapter—not only for Sunseeker but for the superyacht market as a whole.”

Frabetti also noted that the company’s strong order book, global distribution network, and strategic investment position it to lead the market well into the future.

Poised to Lead the Next Wave of Superyacht Innovation

As Sunseeker moves forward with its Superyacht Division, the company is clearly aiming to redefine the standards of luxury, design, and performance in the 100ft+ category. With a blend of heritage craftsmanship and forward-thinking engineering, the new range is set to appeal to discerning clients seeking more than just a yacht — they seek a Sunseeker.

From the bold styling of the Ocean 460 to the refined elegance of the upcoming 135 Yacht, this new portfolio will likely become a cornerstone of Sunseeker’s global strategy — further reinforcing its reputation as a world leader in luxury yacht construction.
