Alia Yachts has officially launched the 45-meter custom superyacht "SAN", showcasing an exceptional blend of innovation, luxury, and craftsmanship. Designed inside and out by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, with naval architecture by Lateral Naval Architects, SAN redefines yacht design with its sleek profile, maximized interior spaces, and constant connection to the sea.
Innovative Features
- Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Integration: SAN boasts full-height surround glazing on the main deck for uninterrupted panoramic views and an immersive connection with the water.
- Multi-functional Deck Spaces: From a hi-lo teak dining table to adaptable exterior furniture, SAN’s exterior offers versatility for lounging, dining, or sunbathing.
- Sophisticated Interior Layout: A cozy, Japanese-inspired recessed main saloon maximizes headroom while maintaining an airy, luxurious atmosphere.
Design Highlights
- Custom Craftsmanship: Realized by Alia’s in-house Interiors Atelier, the minimalist yet sophisticated design uses 15 premium materials, including teak, stained oak, and polished stainless steel, with intricate detailing like butterfly joints and saddle-stitched leather.
- Master Stateroom: Forward-facing with curved hull windows for natural light, the suite includes innovative sliding mirrors and practical touches like stainless steel shelving fiddles.
- Guest Cabins: Four individually styled suites with luxurious Luget limestone bathrooms chosen by the owner.
Performance and Engineering
Powered by four Volvo Penta D13 engines, SAN reaches a top speed of 23 knots with a cruising speed of 18 knots, offering a range of 1,400 nautical miles. Its raised pilothouse and lightweight aluminum hull balance functionality and aesthetic, allowing for a low, sporty profile while retaining a superyacht feel.
Crew and Comfort
SAN accommodates seven crew members in a well-appointed area, with a compact yet fully functional galley, laundry, and captain’s cabin.
